The service these terms cover
These terms apply to the rapvideo.io website and its current creative preview tools. By using the studio, you agree to use it lawfully and follow these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the tools. If you use the website on behalf of an organization, you must have permission to act for that organization.
The current release helps you develop a visual concept, export a short silent motion study, create a synthesized instrumental sketch and save a creative brief. It does not generate complete rap performances, lyrics, vocals or lip synchronization. Product examples demonstrate a direction; they do not promise a particular finished result.
Your material and permissions
You keep the rights you already hold in your prompts, photographs, lyrics and other original material. Only use material you own or have permission to use. Obtain any necessary permission from people whose image or identity you include. Permission to use a photo does not automatically grant permission to copy a recording, use a trademark or imply a personal endorsement.
The local preview processes your selected photo in your browser. Choosing a photo does not publish it in a gallery. You remain responsible for reviewing your output and obtaining the rights needed for distribution, advertising or commercial use. Access to the studio does not provide a license to third-party music or a real person’s voice or likeness.
Free access and future purchases
The preview tools currently offered on this site are free. The Pricing page describes proposed $9.9 Starter, $29.9 Creator and $99.99 Pro credit packs; they are not available for purchase. This release has no checkout, automatic renewals or card requirements. Local preview exports do not spend credits. Final cloud-generation terms will be displayed before purchases open.
Features described as planned are not a promise of a release date or part of a paid package. We may change or discontinue preview features as the product develops. If you believe a charge is connected to this site, use the Credit & refund policy to prepare the information needed for review.
Responsible use and availability
Do not use the service for infringement, non-consensual impersonation, exploitation, harassment, deception or attempts to disrupt the website. Follow the Acceptable Use Policy and the rules of any destination platform. Do not present a synthetic or edited scene as a genuine endorsement or event when that would mislead viewers.
Browser features and device performance affect export support. The service is provided as available; uninterrupted access, permanent storage and compatibility with every browser are not guaranteed. Save work you want to keep. Closing or reloading a page can discard an unsaved brief or preview.
Questions, changes and your rights
We may restrict access or remove material hosted on this website when needed to address misuse, security issues or legal obligations. Any request concerning an alleged violation should identify the relevant page and explain the concern. A report is reviewed on its facts; sending one does not by itself establish a violation.
Material changes to these terms will be published here with a revised date. Contact us about service questions, corrections or concerns. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.
